These terms apply to this website and to working with Ripple & Rise Creative (“we”, “us”). By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them.

This website

• The information here is general. Prices are in Australian dollars, include GST and are a guide until we give you a written quote or agreement.
• Timelines are estimates. They depend on both of us, including how quickly content and feedback arrive.
• Our website assistant is an AI. It can make mistakes, so please confirm anything important with us directly. It can’t make binding offers or promises on our behalf.
• Please don’t misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or send spam through our forms.

Working together

• Before work starts we’ll agree the scope, price, timeline and payment terms in writing. Those project terms apply in addition to these.
• You’re responsible for supplying content and material you have the right to use, and for approving work along the way.
• Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of final deliverables passes to you once they’re paid for in full. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
• Hosting and support plans continue on the terms set out when you sign up for them.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and the courts of South Australia have jurisdiction.
